General information about the scholarship office
The state supports people in education with educational grants in the form of scholarships and loans.
The scholarship office is responsible for:
- the counseling of applicants and/or parents by telephone or email (counseling at the counter only by appointment)
- the assessment of electronically submitted scholarship applications and the calculation of entitlements
- The disbursement of scholarships and loans
- Repayment of educational loans

Training account and electronic application
To Training Account
To enroll, you will need digital identity (eID) or a lilog account.
The education account and electronic application provide you with the following benefits:
Benefit 1: Data retrieval via training account
- You can view the current status of your training account at any time
- All ongoing or in repayment training and education can be viewed.
- The totals of scholarships and loans disbursed or granted are displayed.
- The student loan balance can be checked.
- The modalities of repayment of the student loan with the corresponding annual installments are displayed. You will always know when you will receive the next bill for repayment
Benefit 2: Electronic application and correspondence
- The date of sending is considered the date of receipt. Thus, there is no delay in the application submission.
- Thanks to electronic submission, you save the manual signature as well as time and costs for printing, enveloping and postal submission.
- The application form is pre-filled with the master data already deposited with the state administration, such as name, address or date of birth.
- For follow-up applications to ongoing training, certain training data are also already pre-filled.
- The data transmission takes place via a secure channel.
- After successful submission, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt.
- Eventual inquiries or obtaining additional information on the part of the scholarship office will be made unbureaucratically by e-mail.
